Joe has an extensive background in strategic organization design, working with organizations and leaders to enable strategy with solutions aligned with operating model and culture. Prior to consulting he was enterprise Organization Design practice leader with TD Bank Group. He has an undergraduate degree from Queens University and a Masters in HR / Organization Development from the University of Toronto.
