Kate has over 30 years’ experience in professional services including organization design consulting, human resources leadership and law. Kate was head of the human resource function for Coca Cola Canada where she led the organization through a four year period of culture change and business improvement. She also led the HR start-up for Virgin Mobile and has acted as interim Chief of People Operations in high growth businesses to design, develop and implement strategic talent initiatives.
In Boston University’s Business undergraduate program, Kate focused on Organization Behaviour. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and the Rotman School of Business program Advanced Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto. Kate is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). She is also certified to interpret and use the Assess suite of tools through Optimal Assessments and Consulting Inc. She is also a member of the Global Organization Design Society.
