WHAT WE DID
COREinternational was engaged to review the organization’s current capabilities, recommend improvements, and implement a new organization structure that would enable to deliver on its strategy and business plan. The review and implementation of the redesigned organization’s new 50 top senior new management roles was completed within 6 months. The final structure was designed to improve speed to market of products and to increase focus and service delivery for the major customer segments.
